Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. Therefore, we recommend that you inspect and try on all items as soon as you receive them.
We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale or gift cards.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes:
- All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags still attached.
- If returned items show signs of visible wear, washing, alteration, or missing tags, a refund will be refused.
- If you receive a promotional gift with your order and wish to return your order, you may keep the gift.
- Once your returned item is sent back to us, we are unable to reship any items to you. Please ensure your return package does not contain non-HATCAP items or any items you do not intend to return, as we will not be able to refund them.
Return Process

Submit a return request: You can contact us by email or via online customer service, providing your order number and the reason for return.

Return request confirmation: We will reply to your email within 1 business day to confirm your return request and provide the return address.

Return the item: After receiving the return confirmation, please use the postal service to return the item to our address. After shipping, record the package weight and obtain a tracking number.

Provide package information: After returning the item, please email the package weight and carrier tracking number to our customer service at info@hatcap.top so we can track your return status.

Item inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 2 business days to ensure it complies with our return policy.

Refund processing: If the item meets our return policy, we will process the refund within 3 business days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). The refund will be credited back to the original payment account used at the time of purchase.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer any product exchanges. If you are not satisfied with an item and need a different one, you must return the unsatisfactory items and place a new order for the replacement product.
Return Shipping Fees
The return shipping costs are your responsibility. The cost varies depending on the country and shipping carrier. You are required to ensure the return is delivered successfully.
Refund Details
- For returned items, we will refund the price of the returned items only. We do not refund shipping fees, shipping guarantees, or shipping taxes.
- Refunds will only be processed once the returned package has been scanned and confirmed as returned to our warehouse. After scanning and confirmation, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days (actual processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Once your returned product is confirmed and the refund is processed, we will send you a notification by email.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will issue a full refund for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 30 days of delivery, including the shipping fees.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or damaged items during return shipping. Please retain the receipt with tracking information.
- Product damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance.
